Maloor chicken

















Ingredients:

250g - chicken, chopped into chunks
1 inch - ginger
3 pods - garlic
10 - red chillies
1/2 tsp - pepper powder
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
1/2 tsp - chilli powder
Curry leaves
Salt to taste

Method
  1. Marinate chopped chicken in turmeric powder, salt and chilli powder mix for 15 minutes and boil till partially cooked.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, fry chopped ginger and garlic, and chillies.
  3. Fry curry leaves.
  4. Add partially cooked chicken, pepper powder, salt and toss.
  5. Spray some water and stir fry till done.
