Ingredients:
Whole

Method of preparation:
Remove
stems, wash and grind the green chiles into coarse paste.
Separate fenugreek leaves and thoroughly wash them.

a mixing bowl, mix together whole moong flour, rice flour, sesame seeds, green
chile paste, fenugreek leaves, soda bi carb and salt into soft dough using
enough water.
Take a spoonful amount of the prepared dough, form into a lime sized ball and flatten it with help of fingers and keep aside.
Prepare the moong flour wada using the remaining dough in a similar way.

Heat
oil in a deep frying pan on medium heat.
Slowly drop the prepared moong flour discs into hot oil.
Fry on both sides until light brown and remove onto absorbent paper.
Serve moong flour wada immediately.

Notes: Make sure to serve the moong flour wada immediately else it hardens.
Suggestions: Make sure to cook the moong
flour wada well, else put it back into hot oil and fry till done.
